Terms of Purchase

This is a draft policy prepared for Quick3D Silicone and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it reviewed before relying on it.

1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Purchase apply when you order a custom mold, stencil, stamp, cutter, thermoforming mold or other product from Quick3D Silicone, a trading name of QUICK ED SOLUTIONS & SERVICES SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202501016940 / 1618354-W), 36, Jalan Serendah 26/41, Sekitar 26, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia ("Quick3D", "we", "us"), whether the order is made through WhatsApp, email, or the Site.

2. How an order is made

  1. You send us your idea, sketch, photo or design brief.
  2. We confirm feasibility and send you a quote, usually within 24 hours.
  3. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay the deposit described below. A confirmed order is a binding agreement to purchase.

3. Pricing, deposit and payment

  • Prices are as stated in your written quote and are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit of 70% of the quoted price is payable to begin design and production; the balance is payable before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept the payment methods stated in your quote.

4. Lead time and production

Estimated lead times are given in your quote and depend on design complexity and order volume. Production begins only after your deposit is received and your design is approved.

5. Design approval and revisions

Where a design proof or 3D preview is provided, production begins only after you approve it in writing (including by WhatsApp message). Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • Because every mold is custom-made to your design, once production has started (including 3D-printing of the master model) the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel before production has started, we will refund your deposit less any design work already completed.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund any payment made for the undelivered part of the order.

7. Products sold as is

All products are made to order and sold as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please inspect your order on delivery.

8. Shipping and risk

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are given at the time of order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the shipping carrier, unless local consumer law says otherwise.

9. Intellectual property in your design

You confirm you have the right to share any design, image or reference you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your original design; we keep ownership of our own tooling and production methods used to make it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
