This is a draft policy prepared for Quick3D Silicone and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it reviewed before relying on it.

1. Custom-made products

Every mold, stencil, stamp, cutter and thermoforming tool we make is produced to your own design and specifications and is sold as is, with no warranty. Because of this, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund or return. This is consistent with our Terms of Purchase.

2. Cancelling before production starts

If you cancel before we have started 3D-printing or casting your design, we will refund your deposit, less any design or modelling work already carried out.

3. Ready-made or stock items

Where we sell a non-custom, ready-made item, you may return it unused and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, at your own cost for return shipping.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid using the same payment method you used to pay us, within 14 business days of approval, unless we agree another method with you.
