Quick3D Silicone is operated by QUICK ED SOLUTIONS & SERVICES SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202501016940 / 1618354-W), a division of Quick3D Group, registered in Malaysia at 36, Jalan Serendah 26/41, Sekitar 26, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia ("Quick3D", "we", "us").

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit silicone.quick-3d.com, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or place a custom mold enquiry or order. It is written to comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What personal data we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company name.
  • Enquiry and order details: your project brief, reference images, sketches, files, shipping address, and payment confirmation details.
  • Communications: messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form, and our replies.
  • Technical data: standard website usage data such as pages visited and browser type, collected automatically when you use our site.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
  • To design, produce, invoice and ship your custom mold order.
  • To send order updates and, where you have agreed, occasional updates about our products.
  • To keep records as required by Malaysian law (for example tax and accounting records).

  • Delivery and courier partners, to ship your order.
  • Payment processors, to process payment for your order.

We keep enquiry and order data for as long as needed to complete your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we are not required to keep it.
