Cut from a thin, flexible sheet of food-grade platinum silicone, it lays flat against plates, cakes or tart surfaces to create sharp, repeatable snowflake motifs with icing sugar, cocoa powder or chocolate spray.

Measuring 160 x 160 x 1mm with a single cavity, the stencil is sized for full-plate compositions, cake tops or batch production across multiple desserts. Its soft Shore A 30 silicone conforms gently to slightly curved surfaces while remaining rigid enough for crisp, clean lines without smudging.

Built to withstand repeated use in a busy pastry kitchen, this stencil tolerates both freezer and oven temperatures from -40°C to 230°C, making it suitable for dusting, stenciling on warm surfaces, or use alongside baked components.
