Measuring 160 x 160mm, Galassia is sized for standard dessert plates and platters. The silicone withstands temperatures from -40°C to 230°C and resists staining from cocoa, food colouring and spices, ensuring it stays looking sharp through repeated professional use in busy pastry kitchens.
