1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of silicone.quick-3d.com (the "Site"), operated by QUICK ED SOLUTIONS & SERVICES SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202501016940 / 1618354-W), 36, Jalan Serendah 26/41, Sekitar 26, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, trading as Quick3D Silicone, a division of Quick3D Group ("Quick3D", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you place an order, our Terms of Purchase also apply.

2. Use of the Site

  • You may browse the Site and contact us about custom molds and related services.
  • You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to send us false, misleading or infringing content (including reference images or designs you do not have the right to share with us).
  • You are responsible for anything you submit to us through the Site, WhatsApp or email, including project briefs, images and files.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's text, layout, graphics and the Quick3D Silicone and Quick3D Group names and logos belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of finished molds and projects on the Site may belong to us or to the customer or chef featured; do not reuse them without permission.

Designs you send us remain yours. By sending us a design, you give us permission to use it to produce your quote and order, and, unless you tell us otherwise in writing, to feature the resulting mold or product in our portfolio and marketing.

4. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our products and services and is not a guarantee that a specific design is technically feasible; feasibility is confirmed individually with each quote.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to other Quick3D Group sites and to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may change or remove content on the Site at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
